On Day 2 of our My ResOILution Series, try rubbing 1-2 drops of Lavender on your wrists before heading to bed. For a little extra, apply it to the back of your neck or diffuse it next to your bed.
When bedtime is approaching, and my 5:25AM wake up call for 6AM boot camp means once my kids are in bed, I'm not much far behind! We have diffusers in each of our bedrooms (or confusers as my 4 year old would call it) and Lavender is a nighttime staple for us.
