 We'll enjoy appetizers + drinks, sharing + making oil goodies to bring home!

Friends, I am SO excited to share with you an event that has been in the works for years,

and it's finally happening for real, in just TWO weeks!

It's called the JOY market.

 I've hand selected a group of artists who I feel are the best of the best in our area and am bringing them together for a two night shopping event.

Beneath the Tree

A few weekends back brought Beneath the Tree to our town. It's an in-home craft show featuring well over 100 vendors in 12 area homes. Rebel.Reclaimed was the designer of one of the homes, so several of my products were included in the show including linen garlands, ruffle pillows, Michigan pillows and table runners.  I've been working with Rebel for nearly two years now, and I have to admit, I still have plenty of "pinch me" moments when I see my products on display!

Spring Wreaths + Big News!

I've been busy as can be over here and am so excited to show you what I've been working on! Here are eight new wreaths that I've created, each in vibrant and fun Spring colors. I also used lots of burlap, tweed, buttons and a new style of flower for some layering and dimension. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out!

Okay, how in the world has this shop been around for months already and I had no idea it existed??? I stumbled upon Rebel Reclaimed on Fulton in GR (near the farmer's market) and was instantly smitten.

Just take a look...I didn't even know where to look, and then I was so busy chatting it up with the super-kind owner Dann, that I'm pretty sure I missed a ton (must.go.back.pronto)one of each, pleaseand these too!uh huh.I'm pretty certain I could have taken down an entire wall display and hung it on my new craft room wall and been very content. Once my room is in order, Rebel Reclaimed will be high on my list for decor!

Friday Randomness

Some randomness for your Friday...

~
1. Tonight I get to see to the Diana exhibit at the Grand Rapids Art Museum with girlfriends and I can't wait. We bought our tickets over a month ago! I'm actually going to get to see her wedding dress in person!!2. Today I cleaned Claire's toothpaste off our hallway wall, and some hot chocolate from Claire's bathroom wall. Who's raising this kid anyway?!?

3. My mother-in-law knit Claire this entire Princess and the Pea set for Christmas. 1 princess, 1 blanket, 1 pea pod and a whole stack of mattresses. Someone tell her she needs to open an Etsy shop!
4. I can't tell which looks happier, the gift tags or the turquoise plate.
5. I've already cleared out three bags of recycling from my craft room -
getting ready for the big move across the hall!

6. Claire is taking a nap right now and I think I'll do the same.
