Wonky Stars
If you were at the JOY Market this past November,
then these stars might be familiar to you.
We called them wonky stars, either for lack of a better word,
or because "wonky" really does describe them best!
~
The stars came in two sizes, and various shades of stain.
One guarantee was that no two stars would be alike.
I've begun adding stars to my shop, beginning with the smaller size.
Once I figure out shipping details for the larger stars, I'll be adding those as well!

Monday Updates
I hope everyone had a great weekend! Ours was really nice, the highlight for me being Sunday with church, a stop at the opening day of the Fulton Street Artist's Market, and lunch at Roses, one of our favorites.

Eric was kind enough to entertain Claire a few times to give me some dedicated craft room time. I got a ton done, yet still feel like I have so much to do. I fell asleep last night wondering if it really is possible to feel caught up and overwhelmed all at the same time?? I do prefer to be busy, so it's a good problem to have, really!

If you peek over there to the right, you can see that the shop is back open! Many items have returned, but there are some new items that have been added as well including ruffle pillows (!) and new wreaths. I'll also have another pillow and wreath load heading to Rebel soon!
Be sure to hop on over to Simple Organized Living this week for her birthday week celebration. Andrea is hosting 26 giveaways in honor of her 26th birthday, including a giveaway by yours truly!
Later this week I'll be finishing up a *surprise* living room/dining room design project I've been working on. I'm so excited to finally see it come together, and of course, to see the home owner's reaction too! I'll be sure to get some before & afters!

And in other personal news, I'm now 19.5 weeks pregnant. This pregnancy is f.l.y.i.n.g. by, and I can hardly believe we have our ultrasound already this week. If baby cooperates, we're planning to find out what we're having. We didn't find out with Claire, so it should be fun to change things up a bit this time by knowing what we're going to have. I'm thinking we're going to be seeing a lot of blue in our future, and Eric thinks we'll be seeing more pink, so we'll see who's right!

The shop is now closed while I do some work getting it loaded up with new inventory. Be sure to keep checking here for updates on when I'll be reopening it. In the meantime, I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
Vacation
No, sadly I'm not heading to the beach(although that sure sounds good right about now!)

Just a heads up that I'll be closing the shop on Friday, May 27 while I do some work getting it stocked with new inventory (!) and ready for an awesome giveaway week I'll be participating in over here. With all the talk about ruffle pillows around here, I've had a handful of people contact me directly wondering if the pillows will be available in my Etsy shop, and the answer is....
My goal is to have them in the shop early June while still keeping Rebel.Reclaimed sufficiently stocked for all of our Grand Rapids peeps. So that explains the major production overdrive lately! I'll be sure to let you awesome blog-readers know as soon as they come available, and thanks to everyone for your encouragement with this new product and your support, I really appreciate it!

It's as though Heather could see inside my brain, and created e.x.a.c.t.l.y. what I was looking for. I had given suggestions of colors, the chevron stripes, and a small red bird (to honor my Grandparents who loved cardinals), and she just took it from there and nailed it.

I couldn't be happier with how it turned out,
and, I even have a button now!

Custom Wreath
I recently finished up a custom yarn wreath order for someone and was very happy with how it turned out. The customer contacted me asking if I could make a wreath with the same fabric as this one....

Snow Day Randomness
Just like many of you, we are barely peeking out from behind the snow drifts! Here's some randomness for your snow day.

1. Here's the view out our back slider. We've already shoveled waist-deep snow once this morning and I'm thinking I'll have to get out there again soon.
2. I just watched a snow plow truck have to be shoveled out of the driveway across the street. This is nuts!
3. Are you still praying for Joanne? How about Kate? Both need our prayers.
4. One week from now Cora Anne will have a beautiful new look courtesy of Heather from Blessed Little Nest. (Please please please let February 8 get here quickly!)
And in the meantime, you can check out her portfolio to see the cuteness.
5. Two weeks from today Claire and I are off to Florida. We plan to be total beach bums the entire time and we can't wait.
