Here are some practical uses for RC Essential Oil:
- respiratory system support. Apply to the chest, back and/or throat area.
- hot compress. Add to a hot compress and place on chest for added support.
- snoring. Diffuse overnight to combat snoring and promote a restful sleep.
- head pressure. Use a roller top and roll along sinus passages to relieve pressure.
- hiking & camping. Bring along when in the great outdoors to give your respiratory system some extra support.
