Day 5 : Three Red ApplesThree Red Apples may just be one of the sweetest shops on Etsy. The shop uses a mix of vintage, recycled and new materials to create the most lovely home accessories.

Day 4 : Felt and FoundI recently completed a few projects that used wool felt and found it to be a great material to work with. So when I spotted the shop Felt and Found, I was instantly won over. And after reading the shop bio, I was even more convinced that this was a shop worth mentioning.

Day 3 : Lola's Room PhotographyI just recently discovered this shop when one of their prints was included in a treasury on Etsy's front page. I love that you could pick any combination of prints from their shop and trust that they would look amazing together framed on your wall.

Day 2 : California Craft

I am so guilty of buying lots of crafting supplies, just because.
But can you blame me with shops like California Craft out there?I'm minorly obsessed with baker's twineand a whole roll of brown and white baker's twine?
yes please!and how sweet are these mini gift tags?

California Craft also sells items like labels, envelopes and small bags. They are definitely worth remembering next time you need packaging supplies.

Day 1 : Dream Spun Kids

I absolutely adore this shop, and not just because it's local to me. I've been eying these adorable pettiskirts now for some time and am simply waiting for the just right occasion to buy one for my little girl. (Fully knowing that after I give her one, she's never going to want to wear anything else!)I can only imagine how fun it is for little girls to wear these!love it!and if you're feeling especially crafty, Dream Spun Kids also sells kits that include everything needed to make a pettiskirt yourself! According to the listing, the only skills needed to make one yourself are the ability to sew a straight stitch, gather, and keep a mountain of chiffon fabric organized!

Wednesday Randomness

Here's some randomness for your Wednesday:

1. I'm going to try really hard to make it to the UICA Holiday Artist's Market this week and think if you're in the Grand Rapids area that you should too. Here's the details.

2. This weekend is the Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago, I'm so excited!! A whole day spent with one of my really good friends that will probably go something like this :
- meet up early in the morning
- stop at a Starbucks prior to getting on the highway (priorities, right?!?)
- chat chat chat the whole way there
- look at amazing crafts
- shop shop shop
-buy buy buy
- eat some good food
- chat chat chat the whole way home
love it!

3. I just saw an ad on TV about The Singing Bee starting back up again next week on NBC. We watched it last year and I was pretty much in awe of the performers on the show, so I can't wait to watch it again! We're thinking Claire (our girl who treats the world as her stage) will enjoy watching it with us.

4. I'm certainly not done Christmas shopping yet, but have put a major dent in my list. And in the spirit of trying really hard to stay on top of things this holiday season, every gift I've bought is already wrapped. Sweet!
