I've been eyeing the state love printables floating around Etsy and such where a heart is placed over the town/city of your choosing, and I've been wanting one for a while. Just this week I found a free version available from The Vintage Lemon!
Each state is available as well as a page of hearts that you can print and attach.
I've already got my Michigan printable downloaded and am looking forward to having it printed and framed!
